Privacy policy for Fortuna Fiskekort and Fortuna Løypekort
GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) is the new EU legislation which takes effect on May 25th, 2018. This new legislation will strengthen privacy further, and you will gain increased control and easier access to your personal information.
By registering as a customer in Fortuna Fiskekort or Fortuna Løypekort you agree to let us process your personal information in accordance with GDPR and this privacy statement. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting Fortuna Software AS at post@fortunasoftware.no.
GDPR makes a distinction between "controllers" and "processors".
A Controller is the body which decides the purpose of the processing of personal data and the means to be used. In our case, the "controllers" will be our customers, i.e. the river administrations of the rivers we serve, and the municipalities using Fortuna Løypekort.
A Processor is the body who handles personal data on behalf of the Controller. Fortuna Software AS is a processor on behalf of river administrations and municipalities as mentioned above.
Personal data means any information that may be associated with you as a person. Controllers must have a reason to obtain personal information about you. Such a reason may be to collect information that is necessary to create a user profile for you for the purchase of a fishing license or track license. We will only collect information that is necessary and relevant to the task for which we need the information. If we receive unnecessary information, it will be deleted.
If you are under 15 years old, the consent of at least one of your parents is also required.
Personal data will be anonymized or deleted when we no longer have any legal grounds for storing them. We will never sell information about you, nor share or exchange information without your permission.
Your personal data will only be used for the specific purposes for which they are obtained. All purposes should be explained to you in such a way that we have the same understanding of what your data will be used for. You must consent to allowing us to process your data for these purposes. If we need your information for a new purpose, we need to obtain a new consent from you.
We need your personal data first and foremost to create your user profile. Furthermore, the information may be used to offer you the following services:
From time to time we will send anonymized data from user sessions to our partner LogRocket Inc. The purpose is to identify problem areas and functions within the applications and improve them.
Fortuna Software AS stores your personal information for 10 years from your last login, unless you request deletion at an earlier date.
The GDPR regulations provide increased rights when you have submitted your personal data. We are obliged to inform you in such a way that it is easy to understand how we process your personal data. These are areas where you will receive increased privileges through the GDPR regulations:
• Right of access to information You have the right to access all of your personal data at any time.
• Right to correct data You have the right to correct incorrect, inadequate and unnecessary personal data at any time.
• Right to deletion You have the right to delete all of your personal data at any time.
• Right to transfer information (data portability) GDPR imposes a right to transfer your personal data at any time for your own use or to another company.
• Right to object In certain cases you are entitled to object to the processing of your personal data. If such objection is given we are obliged to stop the processing.
• Right to refuse automated processing Where an automated decision has a legal effect or significantly affects you, you are entitled to oppose that the processing and decision is made automatically.
You will find your personal data in the web apps Your personal data is available through your customer profiles at lakseelv.no and / or loypekort.no. You may also contact Fortuna Software AS for information about any other information that is registered on you or if you wish to correct / delete your personal data.

The GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) supersedes and repeals the 1995 Data Protection Directive (EU Data Protection Directive 95/46 / EC), which is implemented in today's Personal Data Protection Act.
The GDPR will come into force in Norway on May 25th, 2018. The regulations will apply directly in all EU and EEA countries. In Norway, GDPR is introduced in the form of a new Personal Information Act.

• The regulation will make the processing of personal data easier for companies and organizations through clearer requirements for systems and procedures.
